This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") explains how AVOCAD ("Avocad," "we" or "us") collects and uses information when you use any services offered on our website www.avocad.lt (the "Site") or any other services we provide ("Services").

"Avocad is committed to processing your personal data responsibly and securely in the course of its business. In accordance with this fundamental principle, we will always strive to ensure an adequate level of protection of your data and the protection of your rights. We process Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) ("GDPR") and applicable Lithuanian national data protection legislation.

In this Policy, reference to "Your Personal Data" means any information from which You can be identified ("Personal Data").

We are the controller of the Personal Data within the scope of this Policy.

We use your personal data in the course of our business and to provide services to you. Our aim is to process only those of your personal data which you have voluntarily provided to us after having received detailed information about the purposes of the processing and those data which are necessary for the performance of our contracts with you, the implementation of legal requirements and the performance of our activities.

We process your personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us, e.g. In the scope of your email to us, when ordering our services, filling in a form on our website or contacting us by phone/SMS. In certain cases, the personal data we process may also include special categories of personal data, i.e. personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of specifically identifying a natural person, health data or data concerning a natural person's sex life and sexual orientation. We will only process this data with your consent or if such processing is required by law.

The data processors are obliged to comply with strict requirements for the processing of personal data.
